Mercer University Data Incident

A Class Action Lawsuit, Wang et al. v. The Corporation of Mercer University, Case No. 5:23-cv-00193, has been filed in the United States District Court, Middle District of Georgia, Macon Division.

If you received notice that your Private Information was potentially involved in a February 12 through February 24, 2023 Data Incident involving Mercer University, you may be entitled to settlement benefits. Ask to be Excluded	You will get no payment. This is the only option that allows you to ever be part of any other lawsuit against Mercer University over the legal claims in this case. See FAQ 8 and FAQ 10 for more information on excluding yourself from the Settlement.	February 17, 2025

Do Nothing	You will get no payment. You will give up rights.
